Well married tropical fruit with good minerality and long acidity. Elegant and soft-textured, this "reserve" of the "Saes" line is an example of the great whites still alive in Dão. Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha do Rio Red

All the grapes are hand-picked, carefully selected on a mat of choice and trodden in lagares where they ferment for 7 to 10 days at temperatures from 22ºC to 27ºC. New 225L Allier French oak barrels (François Frères, Taransaud, and others), where malolactic fermentation takes place and is aged for 18 months. Quinta Vale D. Maria Vinha do Rio has a fruity nose, with various spices, tobacco, and light notes of chocolate and great intensity. In the mouth, the wine is textured, surprisingly fresh, with great vigor, extremely tasty and with smooth and silky tannins. Contains sulfites.

Anselmo Mendes Pardusco Red

Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. Very smooth pressing of whole destemmed grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by aging in used 225 liter French oak barrels for 24 months and minimum aging of 12 months in bottle. Open ruby color. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits wrapped in fine aromas of smoke, toast and cedar. On the palate it is dry, with a well-marked acidity. High concentration of red fruits and well balanced jam with mineral flavors such as leather and earth. Ends long, silky and very mineral. Contains Sulfites.

Adega de Penalva Touriga Nacional Red

Color ruby loaded typical aroma of the caste, with notes of flowers, fruit and pine needles. In the mouth excels by the balance, elegance and exuberant finish. Ideal for hunting dishes and oven baked. Serve at 16-18ºC and age in bottle for several years. Crushing with total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats, at about 28-30 ° C, and long tanning. Slight stage in French and American oak wood. Contains Sulfites.

A surprising wine, bright in color, with great aromatic intensity. Exuberant and mysterious, it combines the floral aromas typical of the Touriga Nacional with traces of exotic fruit. Tannins of great quality, intense but silky. It produces an end of bocafresco and citric, associated with the presence of wild fruits. Contains Sulfites.
