La Closerie des Eyrins Margaux Red
After a 21-day maceration, the grapes are transferred to age in 50% new oak and 50% stainless steel. This balance of aging techniques gives the wine aromas of oak toasted with dark chocolate, molasses and dark fruits. Earthy flavors of leather, nuts and roasted beets are framed by a long, dry finish. A Margaux that perfectly shows the ripe and accessible vintage. Contains sulfites.

Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in open press with controlled temperature. Dark ruby ??with a lot of shine, very complex aroma, mixed with several ripe wild fruits, rich palate and with a flavor of mint, spices and red fruits. Very elegant, with soft tannins, a persistent finish and an acidity that conveys freshness. Contains sulfites.
Poeirinho Garrafeira Red
It comes from several plots of old vines, some of which are centenary. Part of the wine was vinified in an open press, and another part in stainless steel vats, where it fermented and macerated for 4 weeks. The malolactic occurred in used 2500L vats, where it aged for 48 months. It was bottled without filtration. Shows a violet-toned color. Nose of enormous complexity, very expressive in the notes of red fruits, some spices and with a very fresh floral side. The purity of aromas and its enormous freshness are impressive. The limestone terroir vibrates in the aroma and enhances the elegance and finesse of the Baga variety. In the mouth, it is very fine, complex and extremely precise. Very polished and with excellent acidity, it shows very delicate tannins. Full of character, this Garrafeira has a fantastic balance. Refreshing but very long and thin aftertaste, it grows as you taste it. Elegant yet deep, Garrafeira will age very well in the bottle. Contains sulfites.

Ruby colored wine, very young. On the nose there are aromas of ripe black fruit, notes of pine and pine needles and nuances of truffle and moss. Subtly also appear the barrel notes, where the wine passed for 18 months. In the mouth, it is surprising for its freshness and firm tannin with claw, but refined. It is a wine with a good volume in the mouth, with a long and balanced finish. Contains sulfites.
Sidecar Red
Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.

Casal Santa Maria Bruma Red
The grapes were harvested by hand, carefully selected in the vineyard and cellar. After lightly crushing the grapes, it was followed by cold maceration in stainless steel vats open for 3 days. Fermentation took 2 weeks with daily pumping over. After the fermentation was over, the mills were closed and kept like this for 2 weeks. The wine aged for 14 months in new and used 225L French oak barrels. Intense aroma with notes of spices, balsamic, floral and cedar. From the Merlot variety, the aromas come with notes of green pepper and chocolate. In the mouth, soft and ripe tannins, filled with the freshness and red fruit typical of Touriga Nacional. It presents an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

"With grapes buying small parcels I make 1/2 barrels of wine and one of these wines is called the Golden Tooth, because the woman who sold me has a golden tooth." Quinta da Pellada Dente D'Ouro spent 16 months in used French oak barrels. The wine is composed of several native grape varieties, mainly Jaen and Baga. The grapes come from a very old vineyard with vineyards, which are between 80 and 100 years old. It is very important for Alvaro Castro to show that it is indeed possible to revive the tradition of blends of native fields and vines in his Dao area. The wine shines with ruby red with violet nuances. It shows a beautiful fresh and mineral scent, thin and incredibly complex, with notes of blackberry and plum. On the palate, a medium concentration, blueberry aromas, notes of spices and some earthy notes, plus unlikely silky tannins, absolutely attractive. A light red wine, elegant and very fresh, juicy, with mineral notes and berries, at a long, deep and very thin finish. Wonderfully multi-layered and with elegant precision. Simply sublime! Quinta Seara D’Ordens Touriga Nacional Red
The nobility of the Touriga Nacional grape variety, selected from the Quinta's older vineyards, combined with soil and micro-climate, has given this wine personality and unique character. This quality wine is not filtered or stabilized by the cold, so it is recommended to serve with care as it can create a deposit. 100% destemming. Vinified in stainless steel tank with temperature control. Stage of 4 months in used barrels of French oak and 6 months in bottle. Deep ruby color, ripe fruit aroma, floral notes to caste.
