Partial destemming, fermentation in foot-treading wine presses, finishing the malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Stage for 8 months in used oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Open red color, aromas of fresh fruit, floral, red fruits with a slight minty touch. Fruity, fresh and elegant flavor, with slight vegetable nuances that give it freshness.

The nobility of the varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, associated with the soil and the micro-climate gave this wine personality and unique character. Deep ruby color. It is an intense, mature wine, specific to the "Terroir" of the Douro, a positive aging in the bottle is foreseen for many years after the bottling. 100% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Stage for 132 months in Tonéis de Carvalho, 36 months in French oak casks and 3 months in bottle. Burgundy color with topaz reflections, bouquet aroma pronounced with notes of fruit like orange and plum, ends with notes of nuts and vanilla. Flavor velvety, rich, complex, with notes of spices and nuts. Contains sulfites.

Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude Red
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards at the Quinta which is 550 meters above sea level, facing north, with a mixture of various traditional Douro grape varieties. Fermentation started in a mill with foot treading and ended malolactic fermentation in used 500-liter barrels, where it aged for 19 months. This wine proves to be an intense fruit, with spices and a lot of "finesse". It is a very complex wine, but even cool and elegant weather. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude White
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards of the Quinta "at altitude" with a mixture of several traditional Douro varieties. Fermentation started in a press with foot treading and ended in used barrels, where it aged for 16 months with battonage on the lees. This tanning is dominated by the yellow tones in the mouth and reveals a sensation of fat, velvety and persistent tannins. It is quite complex, fresh, mineral and full of character. Contains sulfites.
