Aged for 9 months on the lees after a double fermentation in the bottle, Brut d'Argent Ice offers a wealth of distinctive flavors. A pale lemon demi sec sparkling wine with a green hue, a fruity and exotic nose, a fresh and elegant palate. Perfect as an aperitif and with desserts. Contains sulfites.

José Luis Oliveira da Silva (Casa Santos Lima) and Alexandre Relvas (Casa Relvas) teamed up to launch a great white wine. A limited edition of a wine that celebrates the great Arinto variety, as well as a great friendship. Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. 50% of the wine aged for 12 months in 400L French oak barrels. Yellow color with golden hints, aroma with great aromatic complexity. Citrus aromas, green apple and some notes of honey. Complex palate, with volume in the mouth, good acidity and lots of freshness. Contains sulfites.

Wine obtained from the formation of a white veil, also called a flower. The flower is simply the development of aerobic yeasts that are formed in the barely attested barrel, and that consumes sugars and alcohol producing acetaldehyde, resulting in very dry wines, ideal to be served as an aperitif. Light citrus colored wine. Intense aroma, predominantly floral with notes of tropical fruits. In the mouth its good freshness motivated by the acidic richness, very balanced, gives a sensation of sweetness, being a dry wine with some volume. It has a lot of persistence in the aftertaste, leaving a lot of fruit on the palate. Contains sulfites.

Quinta da Calçada Reserva Magnum White
Coming from the best plots of this farm, the Alvarinho, Loureiro and Arinto grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after static decanting, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months. This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good volume in the mouth (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish. Contains sulfites.
