Textura Pura Magnum White
Coming from the 28-55 year old Texture vineyards in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, at an altitude of 480-550 m, on granitic soils. The tear must naturally fermented in new French oak (70%) and foudre (30%) barrels. Aged for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Naturally stabilized. It is a very elegant wine, with delicate citrus aromas, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and even a noticeable oak. Acidity and crunchy minerality, it shows great potential despite the concentration of still young, dense and creamy old vines. Long and pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.
Tesouro da Sé Private Selection White
Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months followed by bottling. It reveals a bright citrus color and a very elegant aroma, showing delicate notes of linden and orange blossom, married with soft expressions of white pulp fruit and brief nuance of vanilla. In the mouth it is harmonious and complex with a good expression of structuring acidity, elegant minerality and exquisite persistence. Contains Sulfites.

If we add details such as the proximity of the cellar to the vineyards, the soft presses, the low fermentation temperatures and the rest in French oak barrels, it will be easy to see why we have been able to reprint this edition of Tiago Cabaço Vinhas Velhas. Transport in 20 kg boxes, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats below 24ºC. Aging in French oak barrels where it remains for 10 months. Good aromatic impact, with ripe white fruit and notes of wood, but forming a balanced whole. Serious and with good austerity. Good volume in the mouth and discreet but present acidity. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation and aging in 100% stainless steel vats at low temperature. The exuberance and transparency of the Encruzado grape variety, combined with the delicate floral aromas of Bical and the austerity of Cercial, allowed us to “design” a white wine with a unique profile.
With contained and vibrant acidity, a linear structure of intense gravity and a long and full finish, Villae shows itself as a beautiful testimony of the original terroir. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest and aging for 12 months in a new 500 liter French oak barrel. With an almost indescribable aromatic complexity, it is a great white that shows itself firm, with a silky texture and very fine linearity. With a high concentration, it is a magnificent wine with a vibrant acidity that only Dão can offer, ending long, persistent and very precise. Contains sulfites.
Terras de Santo António Colheita White
Terras de Santo António White is the result of a blend of several varieties such as Encruzado, Verdelho and others. It has a citrine yellow color with greenish tinges. The aroma is young and fresh with hints of orange blossom. In the mouth it reveals some fresh and mineral structure. Contains sulfites.
