The Dow's Porto Tawny 20 Years is considered the ideal wine to accompany cigars. Purple and vibrant color, it softens in a gold-green color after 20 long years of aging in oak casks. Goblet Clarete Red
Grapes from old vines of the Planalto Mirandês, at more than 600 meters of altitude, with schist soils. Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with partial destemming and soft crushing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, without too much extraction. Aging for 12 months in old Portuguese oak barrels. Open ruby color, translucent. Delicate aroma with fresh red fruits in the first instance, expanding to a slight smoke. Very fresh and light in the mouth with very complicated acidity and tannins, long and mineral finish. Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. 12 months in French oak barrels gave rise to this wine. Opaque red, of great aromatic intensity, very concentrated and complex. Aromas of ripe fruit, black plum and blackberry, with floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is full-bodied, smooth with fine and elegant tannins. Quinta da Pellada Muleta Red
