The manufacturing process includes stopping the wort fermentation by adding wine spirit (benefit or brandy), blending wines and aging. Fermentation in oil presses with skin maceration and pumping over at a temperature of 29ºC until reaching the desired Baumé, adding spirit in this phase. High quality wine from a single harvest. It ages in wood for variable periods of time, never less than 7 years, and then bottled according to market requests. Intense amber color with greenish reflections. Nose where the abundance of dried fruits stands out, with striking hints of hazelnut. In the mouth, its excellent structure imposes itself on a desirable background of caramel and chocolate. An impeccable wine with a superb taste and finish. Contains sulfites.

After destemming and crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where the films are macerated - gently and at controlled temperatures - and alcoholic fermentation. After finishing fermentations, maturation in stainless steel and cement vats follows. The batch is prepared based on the tests and analyzes carried out during this period. To preserve the highest quality, it is only subjected to light gluing and filtration before bottling. Ruby color, intense aroma, with heather bush notes, floral aromas, fresh red fruits and some balsamic, such as resin and cedar.
