Fermentation in stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix). Aged for 15 months in stainless steel vats and 7 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested for 12 months in a controlled humidity and temperature environment (10/14 ºC). Intense and clean ruby color. Intense, impressive. Delicate notes of black fruits, plum and blackberries, toast and spices. Excellent structure, well combined: soft and enveloping tannins, perfect acidity and excellent freshness. Intensity of mouth aromas. Long persistence. Aging potential. Contains sulfites.
Quinta das Mestras Grande Reserva White
Fermentation in stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix). 11-month internship in a stainless steel tank. After bottling, it remained resting for 6 months in a controlled humidity and temperature environment (10/14 ºC). Fruity and intense profile, Orange blossom, lime and grapefruit. Fresh, good acidity, elegance in silhouette and breadth of tasting. Finishes persistent to accentuate the overall note of freshness. Contains sulfites.
Churchill’s Grafite Red
The name Grafite is a tribute to the artistic signature of our winemakers, who are dedicated to producing these wines in the most natural way possible. Grafite Tinto is our elegant interpretation of a classic Douro red. It presents aromas of wildflowers and dark berries, with smooth tannins and a touch of spice at the end. Deep violet color. On the nose, spiced with wild herbs. Rich and luscious in the mouth, with flavors of ripe berries and dried tobacco leaf, with a long finish.
Vinhas da Teixuga Red
Vinhas da Teixuga Red is a monovarietal from Jaen, one of the typical grape varieties of the region, and shows the full potential of this variety, largely due to twelve months in French oak barrels, carefully selected to highlight the special characteristics of the variety. With outstanding gastronomic potential, it has a distinctly ruby color, with intense aromas of red fruits, jams and spices. Arouquesa veal, baked cod or grilled sardines are perfect companions. Kompassus Gene White
Rocca delle Macie Chianti Clássico DOCG Red
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must undergoes maceration for 12 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. Tasty and full-bodied, it highlights the exceptional persistence of the bouquet. Contains sulfites.
Quinta das Tecedeiras Libertas Red
Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming without crushing the berries. The two varieties fermented together in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in used 500L barrels, we carry out a light gluing and subsequent bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Open grenat color, fragrant, exuberant aroma, a combination of aromas of red fruits and spices. Smooth attack, very silky tannins, very light with excellent freshness. Elegant. It has a remarkable balance. It ends with its aromatic side. Contains sulfites.

In the Douro, schist soils, sun exposure and thermal amplitude create unique conditions for the production of high quality grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified with care, resulting in this delicious wine, full of fruit. Aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels and another 6 months in bottle before going to the market. Contains sulfites.
Farrapo Vinho de Talha Red
Genuine production of Talha Wine. This ancestral production technique is still evident today in Vila de Frades. With a light ruby color, where fruit and earthy aromas prevail. Coming from the carvings, minerality is the watchword in the description of this wine, which combined with the freshness of the red fruit and its good acidity create a harmonious wine as a whole. The must was fermented in new barrels and aged in stainless steel vats for 5 months. It presents aromas and flavors of red fruit, spices and minerality. A rosé with an austere, full-bodied and elegant character. The almost sharp acidity balances the weight of the alcohol and sends it to the table. Contains sulfites.
