Destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures (22 to 25ºC), pressing followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Clean appearance, intense ruby color. Aromas of wild berries, cherries, blackberries. In the mouth it is intense and consistent, with notes of ripe but fresh black fruit, elegant and persistent tannins, which are expressed in a long and expressive finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Portal Grande Reserva White
Manual harvest and then transported in pallets. Partial fermentation in stainless steel vats, finished in old oak casks. Stage in the same hulls for 20 months. The bright yellow hue immediately catches the eye! It presents an aromatic complexity where there is a mix of floral, with dominance of white flowers, and ripe fruity yellow pulp and dehydrated fruit. In the mouth the notes of toasted wood take to another dimension, warmer and more complex, always accompanied with a beautiful acidity and surrounding volume. Final with an intoxicating freshness! Good evolution in bottle. Contains sulfites.
Séries Malvasia Preta Red
Malvasia Preta is one of the oldest varieties in the Douro, being present among the Vinhas Velhas of the region, although it was never produced as a single variety. With a distinct profile, it is combined with varieties such as Rufete, Tinta Francisca and Bastardo, which present more exotic and elegant wine profiles, living on intensity and acidity, as opposed to the structured and potent profile that the Douro usually presents us with. The curiosity that leads us to experiment with Malvasia Preta, essentially arises from the fact that it is an original variety from the Douro, being present in the region and resisting the harsh conditions of the terroir. Grapes carefully selected from 8 parcels: Parcela Major - Touriga Nacional 30%, Parcela Vinha dos Amores - Touriga Nacional 20%, Parcela Rachadouro - Tinta Roriz 10%, Parcela Alminhas - Jaen 10%, Parcela Alto dos Amores - Alfrocheiro 7.5 % , Parcela Matinha - Alicante Bouschet 7.5 %, Parcela Alagoa - Tinto Cão 7.5 % and Parcela Casal Sancho - Alfrocheiro 7.5 %. Intense garnet color with slight brownish tones. Intense and complex aroma, with high quality tertiary notes. It also presents spicy and dried fruit notes. In the mouth it is complex, smooth, well structured and with a notable final persistence. Contains sulfites.

Produced from a single grape, Encruzado. Intense citrus color with abundant greenish tones. Aroma dry apricot, exotic woods, toasted cereal, toasted beans and vanilla. In the mouth it is complex, elegant, harmonious and with long persistence. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, alcoholic fermentation at 16 ° C in new French oak barrels. 12 months in new French Carvalho barrels, of which 3 months on fine lees - Batonnage. Followed by 6 months of maturation in bottle. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest at night, very selective, in 20kg boxes. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Long fermentation at 12ºC, part in stainless steel vats (80%) and part in barrels (20%). Intense battonage during the first 30 days in barrel. Straw yellow color, intense fresh nose, floral notes with texture, rich in aromas and good persistence. Contains sulfites.

Quinta dos Aciprestes Grande Reserva Sousão Red
The color is typical deep ruby of the breed. On the nose a slight highlight of vegetable nuances that combine with fine notes of ripe fruit and typical tertiary notes of variety such as coffee and spices, offering a lot of complexity and intensity. In the mouth shows a profile that allows to be consumed while young, however, will certainly reward those who choose to evolutiom oin the bootle. Contains Sulfites.
