Minimum of 12 months in basement and 1 month after degorgement. Defined amber color with a very fine and persistent bubble. Aroma of marmalade, red fruit jelly, cassis, sugar cane molasses. In the mouth it is fruity with elegant mousse, moderate freshness and long persistence. Contains sulfites.

The Rufete variety reveals nobility for its ability to produce exotic reds with great potential for evolution in the bottle. A round wine with soft tannins, full bodied but at the same time elegant, with aromas of black and red fruit. The wines of caste Rufete are light in comparison to the typical Douros, however, they demonstrate a unique personality ending with a very long end of mouth. Planalto Reserva White
It has bright clarity with greenish tones. It has a very intense and complex aroma, with a prevalence of white fruits (melon and pear) tropical fruits (apricot and passion fruit) and some mineral notes. Its palate shows great harmony and a pleasant palate, with fruity and mineral flavors again in evidence. It has a long and delicate ending.

In tasting, it shows a lot of freshness, a lively acidity that perfectly harmonizes with the creamy and tasty side, which lasts in the mouth.

The grapes, from a specific plot, were fermented in 228 and 400 liter barrels with indigenous yeasts in which they remained for 10 months until 2000 bottles were filled. Finally, they aged 16 months in the basement until they were launched on the market. Pale and greenish-yellow appearance, intense nose with light orange blossom, dried grass, peach, grapefruit, lime, white pepper, biscuit and wet stone. In the mouth it is dry, medium body, intense and long finish. An extremely complex wine but not very intense with aromas. Some floral, fruity and mineral aromas are not overlapping. All intertwine harmoniously. This reference is very creamy, complex and engaging but also austere, sophisticated and elegant. A luxury Dão that pays a great tribute. Contains sulfites.
