The grapes were harvested manually, transported in 20 kg boxes and selected on a sorting table. 70% destemmed and 30% whole bunch. Fermentation occurred spontaneously, followed by 40 days of maceration. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Open ruby color. Intense nose, notes of crushed fresh strawberry, some vegetable. Fresh attack, textured, good acidity, repeating the aromas of the nose. Great persistence.

Explore the Quinta da Rede Sousão Red, a robust and full-bodied wine from the Douro region, Lower Corgo sub-region. Originating from vineyards on the slopes of the Serra do Marão at an altitude of 400 meters, this wine is purely made from Sousão grapes, known for their intensity and depth.
The vinification process includes total destemming and prolonged yet gentle skin maceration, followed by fermentation in mechanical lagares at 26ºC for 10 days. After fermentation, the wine matures for 16 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels, gaining unique complexity.
This red wine boasts an intense red color and deep aromas of wild berries, field herbs, and spices, with a light smoky touch from the barrel. On the palate, it offers juicy red fruit and solid tannins, complemented by excellent acidity that brings freshness and persistence. Ideal for pairing with fatty or well-seasoned meats like pork or goat, it should be served between 16ºC-17ºC. With potential to age for at least a decade, it is an excellent choice for maturing in your cellar.

The grapes were harvested manually, transported in 35 kg boxes and selected on a sorting table. Destemming without crushing followed by pressing. Decantation after 24 hours, and fermentation in stainless steel between 14-16ºC. Stage on lees for 6 months. Open ruby-pink color. Intense nose, notes of crushed fresh strawberry, some vegetable. Fresh, crunchy attack, present acidity, with excellent salinity. Great persistence.
Bojador White

In the cellar, the grapes were selected on the carpet of choice, with total destemming and light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, in order to preserve varietal aromas for 23 days. Aged in the bottle for a period of three months. Golden green color, exuberant aroma of tropical fruits and palate rich in fruit and with good freshness. Contains sulfites.

The color of the muscat purple is very present, as well as its aroma, which is imposed along with the orange peel and orange blossom aroma. In the mouth is dry, fresh and full-bodied. The Quest Rosé comes from vineyards in the region of Portalegre.
