Bickens London Dry
16,08 €
Bickens is the result of mixing two different distillates, both originating from the Langley distillery and made with the same ten botanicals, but their recipes are different. In addition, each recipe is distilled in two different stills: Angela, a traditional copper still over 100 years old, and Jenny, a more modern one. Gin Bickens is particularly dry and rich in citrus and juniper notes, the way a classic London Dry should be.

Gin 135 East Hyogo Dry
32,68 €
Named after the 135° east meridian that crosses the city of Akashi in Hyogo Prefecture, this gin represents the passion for discovering what lies beyond borders. Inspired by Japan's important Taisho period, this unexpected gin pays homage to a time when Eastern culture merged with Western culture. After carefully examining the flavor profile of over 50 different botanicals, Master Distiller & Blender, Kimio Yonezawa chose to combine 3 traditional European together with 5 uniquely Japanese - all sourced from small local producers and the finest experts in Japan, distilled separately to preserve character, and finally mixed together. Capturing the essence of each Japanese botanist through a vacuum distillation process, a technique used in the luxury perfume industry, 135° East preserves the pure olfactory notes and subtleties of its aromas.
Hendrick’s Orbium
41,18 €
Discover Hendrick's Orbium, an audacious reinvention of the traditional Hendrick's Gin by master distiller Lesley Gracie. This unusual variation takes the classic gin to a parallel universe, with exotic additions of quinine, wormwood and blue lotus flower, creating a unique and balanced flavor that engages the palate.
Orbium maintains the essence of Hendrick's Gin, but dares with infusions traditionally linked to iconic gin drinks, such as tonic and vermouth, reinventing expectations. Innovation doesn't stop there; blue lotus flower adds a layer of complexity, balancing flavors for a surprisingly bright and long-lasting finish.
This complex, bright gin with a bitter finish defies convention, opening new dimensions to the world of gin. Hendrick's Orbium is a fascinating gustatory experience, inviting connoisseurs to explore unfamiliar yet strangely familiar territory. Unravel the mystery of Orbium during your next tasting.
The Botanist Islay Dry
54,00 €
The Botanist é um gin realmente incomum.
