Soito Reserva Alfrocheiro Red
The winemaking is classic in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled up to 26ºC for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months. Clear appearance, strong red color with hints of garnet, reveals a deep and elegant aroma of very ripe red fruits, where the notes of plum, blueberry and cherry stand out combined with soft expressions of fine vanilla, spices and dried fruits, married with a light fragrance. balsamic and faint breath of pine forest. In the mouth it shows outstanding complexity, it is round and harmonious, with good structure and balance of well integrated tannins, promising a good aging potential. It aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels. A very elegant and very fresh wine, with good color, violet, dark red and purple, with a good concentration of ripe aromas of dark red fruits, black cherries and plums and aromatic and fruity flavors. Great balance and acidity, intense and velvety, with refinement and elegance. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de Chocapalha Red
The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was done in mills, with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, during 10 days, with the use of robot to step. The wine aged for 18 months in second and third use French oak barrels. Deep color of violet tonally, with good concentration in the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruit and spices combined with floral notes. In the mouth it looks elegant and fresh, with an excellent tannins-acidity combination, and a long, smooth and elegant finish.

100Hectares Blend Castas Tintas Red
Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. A perfect blend, very lively and young red fruit. The floral and fresh character stands out, which in conjunction with sweet aromas that result from a short period of aging in wood, gives it some complexity and harmony. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a fresh and persistent finish, showing a good balance between natural acidity and structure. The mineral character of the Region is very present in the freshness of the wine. Contains sulfites.
