Suserano Reserva Magnum Red
22,68 €
With two varieties of different maturation cycles, the Suserano Seleção Tinto blend is born. Afermentation is done separately, beginning with the aragonez and then the alicante bouschet. Still in the field, the harvest is done manually and the grapes are subject to a first choice. These are then forwarded to the cold rooms of the cellar where their temperature is stabilized up to 10 ° C. In the tables of choice a rigorous selection of the best curls is initiated, that are later despaired. After properly broken, the grapes go directly to the different fermentation tanks, all with controlled temperature. During the alcoholic fermentation the temperature is around 20 to 22ºC. If there is no use of pumps in the reruns, only mechanical steps and therefore take advantage of gravity, this way prevents the film tearing, the crushing of the grain and the consequent exclusion of astringency. Part of this wine is then staggered in French oak barrels. After the malolactic fermentation is defined the blend that is then bottled and sent to the basement, where it does an 8 to 10 month stage. Contains Sulfites.
