Torre de Palma Musas Red
Hand harvested batch of 95% Aragonez and 5% Antão Vaz. After destemming, the grapes go to marble vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place and traditional foot treading is carried out followed by a 10-month aging period in amphora. Red color, deep, clean and bright. Exuberant aroma of fresh wild berries, black cherry, wet clay and some balsamic notes. It is dense in the mouth, with a smooth attack and an intense finish, with the presence of the characteristic tannins of Aragonez.

Manual harvest. Grapes are pressed in whole bunches. Fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank. Aging for 6 months in the same stainless steel vats, on fine lees. Open pink color. Predominantly fruity aroma with notes of grapefruit, raspberries and fresh watermelon. In the mouth it is smooth, with volume, showing a balanced and refreshing acidity. The finish is long and saline. Contains sulfites.
Casa de Santar Reserva Magnum Red
Produced with the Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz varieties. Intense aromas of wild fruits and spices, expressing in the mouth all its austere profile, with a velvety finish. Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26 ° C. 9 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in bottle. Contains Sulfites.
