The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must undergoes maceration for 12 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. Tasty and full-bodied, it highlights the exceptional persistence of the bouquet. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest in 18Kg boxes, careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed. The resulting must passed into a small stainless steel tank, where it was decanted at low temperature for 48 hours. The clean must started fermentation in stainless steel, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. It is a very aromatic wine with a very pleasant and very feminine floral nose, in the mouth it is straight, very fresh, with a lot of acidity and with a medium finish.

The grapes, on granite soils and under a certified integrated protection regime, are picked between 3 and 4 am, direct press, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, decantation after 12 hours and fermentation, indigenous part in 50% in old barrels, and controlled 50% in stainless steel. 12 months aging on primary lees without battonage. It is a red wine from Dão produced from a single plot in the Dão in Gouveia, sub-region of Serra da Estrela. An old vine on poor granite soils, 55 years old and 600 meters above sea level is planted in the old Dão way with a mixture of white and red varieties. The grapes were fermented in a used French oak vat (40% whole bunches) only with indigenous yeasts, followed by post-fermentation maceration for 30 days. Texture Pura red 2018 aged for 16 months in a used 3,000L French oak barrel and in used 225L French oak barrels for 16 months. , some spices and woodsy aromas. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, very fine tannins. It's refined and pure with the ever-present fruit. Long and complex finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Roques Tinta Roriz Red
