The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must undergoes maceration for 12 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. Tasty and full-bodied, it highlights the exceptional persistence of the bouquet. Contains sulfites.

Rola Viosinho is a white wine that reveals the typicality of the grape variety. Wine resulting from spontaneous fermentation, in used barrels from Puligny-Montrachet and consequent maturation of about 7 months, using battonage. It is a wine with a strong varietal character, fresh with a slight floral. This laurel has a well-closed aroma, with light florals, with a greenish color, thin and fine in the mouth, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
