Vinification in tanning at 28ºC with stalks. Aging 24 months in used wooden barrels. Red color with brownish tones, leather aromas, black fruits, black tea, violets and hazelnut. Austere taste, good acidity, presence of tannins, persistence present following the same concept as the old Periquita. Contains sulfites.

This wine tests the potential of one of the ancient varieties of the Alentejo strains with the modernization of viticulture almost disappeared. Night manual harvest, direct press, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, without decanting and spontaneous fermentation in old barrels. Quinta de Carvalhiços Reserve Red

Aged for 4 months in used French oak barrels. A wine concentrated and deep in the aroma, with a floral edge of great intensity, forest, pine forest and wild berries. Dense mouth with good structure, with present and appealing tannins with discreet vanilla finish. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel with temperature control at 27°C, with grapes that had been destemmed.
