After manual harvesting, the grapes were transported in boxes of 18 kg capacity so as not to harm the integrity of the bunch. Once in the cellar, the boxes were unloaded onto a sorting mat for the first sorting of the grapes. This was followed by destemming, choosing berry by berry and crushing them, which were transported by gravity to a pneumatic press. After clarifying the must, alcoholic fermentation began in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of around 12ºC, in order to preserve all the varietal character of the variety. Alcoholic fermentation took place for approximately 20 days, where the different components then staged for 8 months. It is a wine with a citrine-yellow color and medium intensity. In terms of aroma, it represents the characteristics of the variety in a unique way, with a predominance of aromas of grapes, lychees and white flowers and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and light, very fruity and persistent.

Transport in boxes of 20 kg, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature at 24ºC. Stage in new French oak barrels where it remains for 14 months. Color red garnet, aromas of black plums and wild blackberries in good dialogue with the barrel. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest, starting at the end of September, with careful selection of grapes. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes underwent a double selection: manual and using an optical sorting machine, which selects berry by berry according to their size and shape. After an initial cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature followed. 18 months in 500 liter French oak barrels (50% new and 50% used). This wine has a deep ruby color. Aromatic complex, with a predominance of black and ripe red fruit aromas, involved with a smoky touch, as a result of the long aging in barrels. In the mouth it is vibrant, with fruit and tannins. It finishes in a persistent and slightly spicy tasting, revealing great aging potential. Contains sulfites.

The grapes, from the best plots of Touriga Franca at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in boxes of 22 kg capacity and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a soft pressing was carried out. Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca 2016 aged in French oak barrels where it remained for 18 months. It has a deep violet color. On the nose, it impresses with its intensity and concentration of red fruit aromas in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. In the mouth tasting it presents an intense start, evolving into an elegant profile wine, with excellent volume of mouth and silky texture tannins, all very well integrated with notes of red fruits. It ends in perfect balance, with an extraordinary persistence and full of freshness. A wine that perfectly reflects the identity of the variety. Contains sulfites.
