Selective manual harvest in 15kg boxes. About 50% results from direct pressing of the whole bunch and decanting after 24 hours. The remaining 50% comes from sangria from gently crushed grapes and subjected to 3 to 6 hours of maceration at low temperatures. The mixture ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. With aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of spice. In the mouth it is fresh, saline, mineral, structured and persistent. Contains sulfites.

Quinta de Arcossó Syrah Red is an authentic expression of the richness and wine diversity of Arcossó, Vidago, located in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Coming from a careful selection of grapes from a 10.5 hectare plot, within a 12 hectare vineyard planted in 2003, this wine is the result of harmony between nature and tradition. Grown on southern slopes, at 375 meters above sea level, with a slope of 20% and on granite soil, the grapes are carefully harvested and vinified in a foot-treading mill, followed by a 12-month aging period in French oak barrels and an additional 18 months in cellar after bottling.
With an intensely dark color, Quinta de Arcossó Syrah Red reveals a universe of aromas of wild berries and mint, promising a unique olfactory experience. Vinha de São Lázaro Single Vineyard Red

Aged for 12 months in new French oak half barrels. Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected on the manual sorting table. After crushing, they are trodden in marble vats with traditional foot treading. Transfer to stainless steel vats where the alcoholic fermentation ends. This is followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. The aroma denotes a good concentration of very ripe fruit with a touch of vegetable like dried grass and truffles. Rich and voluminous fruit with soft tannins and a toasted and long finish.

Quinta do Monte Xisto Red

The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20 kg boxes. They were vinified in mills with treading on foot. Fermentation took place over 6 days in the mill with indigenous yeasts. This followed an 18-month stage in 600 liter kites. Intense ruby color, we bring the nose closer to the glass and the aroma is gradually discovered. First, the cistus, juniper, stands out, progressing to a universe of freshness seasoned by aromatic herbs. It is then alive and full of fruit.
