Fermented in barrel with temperature control. The malolactic fermentation is also carried out in French oak barrels, with vigorous battonage for 6 months. Stage in half barrels of Carvalho Francés and later in bottle. If stored in good condition has great possibilities to improve for a few more years. Color yellowish green, intense aroma, mineral, fruity, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the caste. Fresh, intense flavor with a large volume of mouth. Light and fresh mouth finish. Contains Sulfites.
