The grapes were harvested manually and transported in small boxes to the cellar where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3°C for 24 hours. Then they were selected and pressed smoothly and quickly in order to obtain a light pink color. The must was cold decanted (10°C) and subsequently fermented in a cement tank at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in cement deposits (70%) and in used barrels (30%) until bottling. Pale pink color, fruity aroma with hints of raspberry and currant. Wine with good volume, structure and excellent acidity that gives it great freshness and persistence.

The harvested grapes rested for 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8º C in order to protect the integrity of the bunches. Followed by selection on a mat of choice, 30% with destemmed and 70% whole bunch were introduced into the vat, allowing the extraction of color compounds and aromas more smoothly during 3 days of alcoholic fermentation totally in stainless steel vats, being bled from each vat. a small volume of must completing both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels. The grapes, with 100% of stems, were deposited in stainless steel presses with automatic crushers, in a process with short maceration. After this phase, the wine started its malolactic fermentation in old wooden barrels, remaining in stage for about 22 months. Redoma Red reflects all the elegance, structure and acidity that only a region with the breadth of the Douro can express. The color is ruby, concentrated and when it is shaken in the glass, violet hints appear. The nose is delicate, with floral notes, of red fruits such as cherry, menthol nuances and a smoke that gives it complexity and character. In the mouth it has volume, it is round and spicy, precise and extremely balanced. It ends long and with an acidity that persists and gives it longevity. Contains sulfites.
