The mouth shows remarkable elegance, with vibrant acidity that gives it great freshness. It ends in a long and persistent way. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes from 23-year-old vines. Manual harvest and selective choice for 20 kg boxes. Second selection of grapes at the sorting table. Crushing with total destemming. Must obtained by the open spout process with very light pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16ºC, for a period of 22 days. Stage in new and used French oak barrels for 18 months. Medium straw color. Delicate and balanced aroma where light citrus notes and light nuances of pine resin stand out. The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. In this way, a wine emerges at the same time aromatic and fresh, with a mineral end of mouth, and at the same time very greedy. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest. Total destemming. Prolonged maceration in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts under controlled temperature for 15 days. Transfer to new and used 225L French oak barrels for 12 months, where malolactic fermentation took place. 12 months of aging in bottle before going to the market. Deep red color. Wild berries and deep complexity with well integrated wood. In the mouth it shows intense concentration, with firm tannins and excellent structure. Its acidity gives freshness and balance to the wine and a very long finish. The power and elegance of Dão in perfect harmony. This wine will age beautifully in the bottle. Perfectly accompanies duck confit, foie gras, oven-roasted veal, roasted kid, sausages. Contains sulfites.
Mariposa Encruzado White

The grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 20kg, with selection in the vineyard. The grapes were again selected on the carpet of choice, cooled to the entrance of the cellar and immediately pressed. Part of the resulting wort was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it completed the fermentation and where it remained about 6 months. The rest of the wine, about 3/5, fermented and staged only in stainless steel. Citrus yellow color, floral aroma with light toasted notes and perception of granite. In the mouth it is unctuous with citric notes and a lively acidity. Ends long and vibrant.
