Hand-picked grapes, reception with partial destemming and crushing immediately. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks without temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging for 12 months in French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels. Intense and striking aroma of great complexity, perfect balance between black fruits, licorice and discreet spicy notes in harmony with soft barrel aromas. Very fresh, firm and broad in the mouth, with firm and voluminous tannins. It allows to foresee a great longevity in bottle, being able to be enjoyed now. Very limited production and only produced in years of exceptional quality. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
