Quinta de Arcossó Reserva White is an exceptional example, the result of a careful selection of grapes from two different parcels. The first, a 2.5-hectare plot, is part of a 12-hectare vineyard planted in 2003, while the second, 5 hectares, is part of a set of 8 hectares planted between 2016 and 2017. Both are located on generous slopes, at altitudes of 400 and 500 meters, respectively, facing South and Southeast, with significant slopes and granite soil, guaranteeing the excellence of the raw material.
The vinification of this White Reserve is carried out with meticulous care, where around 40% of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, accompanied by "bâtonnage" over 10 months. This process gives the wine a unique complexity and richness, evident in its multifaceted aroma, which combines fruity nuances with a very subtle touch of wood and distinct notes of wet stone, adding depth to its taste profile. After bottling, the wine is carefully aged in the bottle for 4 months, ensuring the evolution and perfection of its character.
Upon tasting, Quinta de Arcossó Reserva White reveals a full body, fresh and at the same time unctuous, a true delight for the palate. The finish surprises with a hint of salinity, making each sip a unique and memorable experience. Fermentation takes place in new 550 liter French oak barrels in a temperature-controlled cellar at 18ºC. About 6 months in French oak barrels, on the lees of fermentation accompanied by batonnage, to provide the integration between the wood and the wine, increasing its creaminess and depth. After filling, it remained in the bottle for 6 months, during which it had a controlled maturation that promoted the characteristic complexity of this wine. It presents a straw color with greenish tinges. Aromas of white plum and ripe lemon, fresh almond, spices and white chocolate. Rich and intense palate, where white flesh fruit stands out, complemented with white pepper and nutmeg. Intense, with an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately, the grapes are fermented by varieties and lots, so from an early stage if you can maka a rigorous selection that will later give rise to the traditional blend of the old world, it reveals the art of selecting grapes by parcels and the art of selecting wines to later fill. The fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks of small capacity, with temperatures around 28ºC. Soft and controlled macering to obtain elegant and aromatic wines.

Clear of intense ruby color. It shows some reflexes of fine red. In the nose it is elegant and complex with presence of very mature red fruits marrying notes of cinnamon and spices, of high refinement. In the mouth it is soft with good structure of tannins. It presents a long and authentic ending, according to its tradition. Classical vinification, fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 5 to 6 days. Stage 4 years in stainless steel tanks, 10 months in Allier Fino and 5 months in the bottle. Contains Sulfites.
