Bushmills Sherry Cask 1L is a whiskey matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry tips. Initially, it was only intended for retail travel and matured exclusively in sherry barrels. Sweet and rich aroma with red fruits, ripe pear and roasted toffee. Thick chocolate flavor and sweet pineapple cubes soaked in rum and studded with real cherries. The finish is the heel sour, light fruity and a hint of last cinnamon.
