Bagasse is the product resulting from the pressing of the wine masses from the elaboration of wines, which are distilled in own distillation vessels, strictly obeying distillation temperatures and times, thus ensuring the separation of the different alcohols, the genuineness and quality of our spirits. It then ages about 24 months in French wood barrels for final thinning before bottling. Clear, yellow topaz. Intense, fruity aroma characteristic of the region's grape varieties. Taste-soft, with slight velvety wood, and particularly persistent at the end of the test. Contains sulfites.

Lot of spirits obtained from the distillation of excellent Bairrada wines, with an average aging time of 17 years, in French Limousin oak barrels. These were slowly unfolded during their long aging, which greatly contributed to their fineness and delicacy. Topaz color, rich and intense aroma, with ethereal notes, toasted oak, vanilla, hazelnut, dried fig and light roasting. It has a very velvety and soft attack, developing later a hot, alcoholic sensation and, at the end of the process, the aromas of wood and vanilla are confirmed by the retronasal route. The history of this brandy began in 1970, with the distillation of several native grape varieties from the Lisbon Region into "Charentais" stills, considered the most graceful of all alembics. Originating in the region of Cognac in France, this type of Alambiques is characterized by its slow distillation process, typical of noble distillates of very high quality, without any trace of impurities.
