Lot of spirits obtained from the distillation of excellent Bairrada wines, with an average aging time of 17 years, in French Limousin oak barrels. These were slowly unfolded during their long aging, which greatly contributed to their fineness and delicacy. Topaz color, rich and intense aroma, with ethereal notes, toasted oak, vanilla, hazelnut, dried fig and light roasting. It has a very velvety and soft attack, developing later a hot, alcoholic sensation and, at the end of the process, the aromas of wood and vanilla are confirmed by the retronasal route. Originating in the region of Cognac in France, this type of Alambiques is characterized by its slow distillation process, typical of noble distillates of very high quality, without any trace of impurities.
