Sikkim Bilberry is a Destilled Gin made from holland juniper, red tea, flower essences, blackberries, blackberries, coriander, iris, calamus and bitter orange skin. It has a fruity and sweet flavor with unique aromas of flowers.

First, distillate and copper alembic, later the sloe berry berries (kind of wild plums) are left in a water bath in the gin to create their quite peculiar flavor and color. On the nose shows floral summer notes, followed by the presence of juniper with a spicy touch. Excellent presence of citrus freshness. In the Palate the dry juniper dominates, then reveals lemon tart and orange jelly, with all flavors harmonizing perfectly.
