The grapes (50% of them with stems) were fermented during 4 days in presses with footfoot periodic. The wine aged for 20 months in stainless steel tanks. Deep and strong nose, with intense aromas of dark fruits. full bodied with ripe and smooth tannins. Excellent structure and complexity, with very long finish. Contains sulfites.
Graham’s Vintage 2000 Ruby

Currently, it is at the forefront of oenological innovation. For Graham's 2000, grapes from Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barroca were used. This Vintage displays many of Graham's typical aromas, such as ripe plum and rock rose, and is pleasantly soft and delicate on the palate, despite its youth. It is full and rich in the mouth, with notes of fresh blackberry and red plum. Despite the sweetness in Graham’s characteristic mouth, the finish is long and clear.
