Orange zest, honey-soaked toast and canned peaches combine initially before more vanilla and oak spices emerge. Dark chocolate and oak add a nice bitterness underneath. The exposure in sherry barrels gave subtle nuances, unfolding with an unusual floral aroma and flavor with notes of ripe southern fruit. It has a cozy atmosphere and oily texture, with rich tones and caramel, brown sugar, tropical fruits and Brazil nuts. Excellent as a digestive self consumption in the glass is recommended to add ice cubes.

Glenfiddich Reserve Cask 1L is a sophisticated scotch, with an unusually unique 21 year old single malt bouquet, which is the last stage of maturation for 4 months. It is rested in barrels of Caribbean bourbon and sherry, resulting in a rich caramel sweetness. The golden amber whiskey is beautiful. Its aroma has notes of caramel and fruit. The rich flavor is smooth but very smoky with hints of spice, caramel sweetness and lime. The finish is warm and long.

The Glencadam distillery opened in 1825 and has since changed little. A very special collection of barrels was chosen for the Origin 1825 edition. The final selection consisted of a unique marriage of whiskey ripened into first-class American oak bourbon barrels with "finished" whiskey at the finest ends of Spanish Sherry Oloroso. It has a warm gold color, with malted barley aroma creamy and floral with notes of vanilla that welcome the arrival of mixed summer fruits.
