Result of Adamas (Greek origin of the word diamond) and Adamar, Adamus is the word that reinvents itself. From the experience of four generations, combined with the research and development of the Levira distillery and the selection of the best botanicals combined with the Bairrada grape variety, a perfect distillate with 44.4% VOL is produced. In addition to the Bairrada grape variety, we can find organic botanicals of organic production in this gin, such as: hibiscus, juniper, orange, lemon, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom and more daring ones such as sage and lavender. The other undisclosed botanists are part of the mystery that gives Adamus so special and original character. Noble and strong character, able to transport us to unique and engaging moments. Thus it presents itself under the insignia of "Sublime Spirit".

It presents a fresh and lively palate, full of spice and fruit. Contains a soft and persistent finish with notes of vanilla.

Its aromatic complexity depends on the delicate balance of various vegetables, including Japanese citrus, such as Yuzu, Kabosu and Amanatsu. There is also a touch of apples, a fruit deeply related to the story of Nikka, followed by pleasantly spicy notes of Japanese pepper Sansho at the end.

For Summerful Gin a third distillation of botanicals from England and Iceland’s spring and summer seasons – Rosemary and Arctic Thyme– is added to the Original blend as a homage to the brand’s dual heritage. Arctic Thyme brings a floral bouquet of flavour and distinctive earthy notes with hints of citrus and mint wonderfully mixed with the fresh flavour of lemon and pine aromas found in Rosemary.
