Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen. Crystalline appearance and greenish topaz color. Complex, predominant in dried fruits, candied orange peel, exotic woods and roasted cereal. Unctuous, distinct freshness and long persistence. At leisure, to accompany roasted red meats, structured cheeses, various sweets and tropical fruit. Very limited production of 1000 bottles and numbered. Total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 20ºC followed by interruption of fermentation with addition of wine spirit. Contains sulfites.
Marquês de Marialva Vinho Licoroso Singular Red
It has a clear and concentrated ruby color with violet tones. Intense and complex it is predominant in red fruits, where they emphasize the cherry on mature, red jelly of fruits and well-mature fruits of the forest. Intense and complex, it has an extraordinary volume of mouth. Alive, fresh and soft, it has a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Boição Vinho Licoroso Arinto White
Total destemming, cold skin maceration and partial alcoholic fermentation in the presence of skins. Alcoholic fermentation at 22°C and interruption at 7°/8° Baumé, by adding wine spirit. Stage for 36 months in French oak barrels. Complex aroma, predominantly raisins and dried figs, with notes of candied orange peel. Sweet and unctuous flavor, where the fruity flavor supported by the freshness of its acidity, gives this wine a pleasant finish with a hint of dried fruits. Contains sulfites.
