The red wine that most reflects the perfect symbiosis between the Atlantic, the soils and the vineyards is Vicentino Syrah. In the vineyards of Vicentino, the proximity to the ocean reveals a unique side of the Syrah variety. Introductory notes of blackcurrant and graphite combined with some vegetable, extend into a long tasting with a saline finish. Contains sulfites.

Vicentino Gama Nascente Sauvignon Blanc White

Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, the Vicentino grape varieties boast their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that are formed, promoting an ideal concentration of organic acids, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Aging on fermentation lees for 6 months, followed by 3 months of rest in bottle before being marketed. The wine that most reflects the perfect symbiosis between the Atlantic, the soils and the vineyards is Vicentino Sauvignon Blanc. In this white, the proximity to the sea is reflected in a more vegetal profile, associated with the typical characteristics of the variety, showing light notes of tropical fruits balanced in the mouth by a fresh acidity. These sensations persist on the palate, in a smooth and enveloping taste. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation took place separately, by variety, and for 18 days at 15ºC, followed by a 5-month aging period on the lees, in stainless steel vats. A reflection of the harmony between the Atlantic and the Alentejo, Vicentino Colheita Branco displays a remarkable freshness, which comes from the lively acidity that this duality offers. Added to this is its slightly vegetal character that results from an original blend of grape varieties, revealing an extremely pleasant and refreshing wine. Contains sulfites.

Castello D’Alba Superior White

Manual harvest into small 15 kg perforated boxes, fermentation in a reductive environment, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, being responsible for the intrinsic quality of the future wine. The entirety of the wine ferments in stainless steel vats and remains there after a small racking on fine lees with periodic “battonage” preparation until the final batch is made. Aging in stainless steel vats with preparation of fine lees - 'batonnâge' until bottling. Great concentration and aromatic purity, with mineral character in balance with discreet notes of exotic fruits and citrus. After destemming and pressing in a rust-protected pneumatic press, the must that gave rise to this nectar was decanted for 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place in 3rd year French oak barrels, in part, but also in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. It is a clear, pale salmon wine. In the tasting stand out the aromas of raspberry, currant and cherry, and floral notes characteristic of the variety. A fruity, fresh, mineral and dry rosé with an elegant and persistent aftertaste, characteristics that give it a longevity up to a dozen years. Contains Sulfites.

Reguengos Trifolium Grande Escolha Rose

After the selection of the grapes in the vineyards of our associates, the harvest takes place. In the cellar they are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed, followed by a light skin maceration in order to extract all the aromatic compounds from the film. Subsequently, the grapes are pressed with oxidation protections from which the tear must is extracted which, after static clarification, starts the fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (15/16º) and is then transferred to French oak barrels where the fermentation ends and remains internship for another 6 months. Wine with a crystalline appearance, defined salmon color, fruity aroma with notes of wild red fruits wrapped in floral notes. Intense, fresh and some complexity with a pleasant and persistent aftertaste. Contains sulfites

Quinta do Vallado Três Melros Red

The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity and a small part in mills. The must fermented for about a week at 23º-25ºC, with programmed automatic reassembly. Approximately 45% of the wine aged for 16 months in 225 liter French oak barrels; the rest of the wine aged in stainless steel vats during the same period. Concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak and red fruits. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
