Campolargo Entre II Santos Rose
Pressing of whole grapes, followed by decantation and fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Aging on fine lees. Salmon color, very soft aroma on the nose. Very light palate, with the presence of fruit in the distance, everything calling for smoked salmon all around. Excellent finish, acidity that gives it life and shows that it will have good longevity .
Campolargo CC & CP Bruto White
Hazelnut aroma, cut by a light note of resin and pine needles, some balsamic, biscuit. The mouth is creamy and textured, with a very fine bubble, nuances of dry vegetable, ripe citrus fruit, ginger, very solid and imposing. An austere, vigorous sparkling wine, but at the same time very elegant and sophisticated, with a long finish full of character. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Cerceal Bruto White
Pressing of the whole grapes followed by decantation and fermentation in a vat with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Followed by the classic method (bottle fermentation) that is never less than one year. Citrus color, very fine aroma in the aroma, with notes of white flowers. Palate in the mouth confirms the finess of the aroma, with slight notes of white fruit. Test final very good structure and freshness. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Baga Magnum Red
Partial destemming, fermentation in small mills with mechanical steps. End of alcoholic fermentation and second fermentation in used barrels, followed by stage in second year barrels, up to 12 months. Ruby color, intense aroma to wild berries, light palate, quite elegant, shows a seductive and fresh Berry, but without an exaggerated body. End of test with impressive structure up to middle of the palate, but sunny behavior becomes a pleasure to drink.

Total destemming and separate fermentation in small mills, with mechanical step. Malolactic fermentation in partially new French Oak wood and stage up to 18 months. Dark ruby color, dense, chemical and hot aroma with palate alive, rich in red fruits, spicy, seductive in silky texture. Long end of test with very good connection between Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and the joy conferred by Petit Verdot.

Campolargo Arinto White
Total destemming followed by fermentation in used French oak barrels, without temperature control. Internship until April with batonnage. Soft golden yellow color with greenish lavas. It presents excellent citrus notes, orange peel, vegetable nuances. Soft touch of fresh herb, lime and light floral touch. Wine of good structure of flavor, sophisticated and of great balance, excellent end with some length to the fruit. Contains Sulfites.
