Bushmills 25 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon casks for four to six years before being finished for 21 years in first fill ruby port tubes . Red gold color, rich and complex aroma. Intense aromas of ripe dark fruit mixed with honey and soft toasted wood offer the first glimpse of this well-rounded whiskey's age. Sweet almond tones followed by caramelized cherries, plums and blackberries delight the taste buds before evolving into rich dark chocolate mixed with sweet spices and finishing with honey and plums – simply luxurious. The remarkable, ever-present warm oak, Port sweetness and gentle spice continue to blossom long after the last drop has slipped, inviting you to taste this exquisite single malt again and again.

It has a beautiful shiny appearance with silver and slightly blue tones. Its nose is intense and powerful, where the cooked agave is fully expressed, with herbaceous tones such as mint and eucalyptus and some fruit notes and a slight buttery aftertaste, resulting in an elegant aromatic harmony. On the nose, with generous agave and very well defined notes of fruit and herbs, with a sweet aftertaste. It glides through your mouth like silk.

Amber in color with golden and orange tones. On the nose the first impression is reminiscent of rose petals in harmony with nuances of herbs and spices, delicately preserved. And dry fruits like walnuts, with a tobacco finish. The aromas from the barrels are vanilla, caramel and maple, giving it an elegant style. This Tequila goes well with complex dishes and desserts with coffee or maple flavors.

Adega de Borba Old Brandy 1976
Wine produced in the 70s, using the traditional fermentation technique used in the region. Distillation of wine in a still, in a slow, careful way and with improved selection. Golden amber to topaz color. Intense, but gently spicy aroma of very ripe yellow fruits and dried fruits. Very soft flavor, with considerable smoothness and unctuous texture like fruit jelly, with confit fruit in harmony and elegance, with a slight acidity and dried fruits that persist for a long time.

Each batch of US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is pooled in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of twenty full kegs, leaving no room for “matching” imperfection and therefore demanding excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter's US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, smooth and earthy. Aged in new fire-charred American white oak barrels. Rich caramel notes with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth, with an oak finish.
