Tiago Cabaço Alicante Bouschet Red
The harvest was performed manually for small capacity boxes. After destemming the grapes, they were trampled on foot in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel presses, followed by aging in French oak barrels and prolonged aging in the bottle. Fermentation steps on foot in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Compact ruby color, fine but powerful tannins. Complex aroma where notes of ripe red fruits are mixed. Long and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.

The summer was hot, but Estremoz kept the great thermal amplitudes that are so characteristic and that are fundamental for the plant to achieve slow ripeness so as to obtain grapes with an exemplary balance between alcohol and acidity. If we also add details such as the proximity of the winery to the vineyards, the soft presses, the low fermentation temperatures and the stage in French oak barrels, we have been able to make the most of a caste by itself. Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.

The color of the muscat purple is very present, as well as its aroma, which is imposed along with the orange peel and orange blossom aroma. In the mouth is dry, fresh and full-bodied. The Quest Rosé comes from vineyards in the region of Portalegre. The combination of two grape varieties, Aragonês and Moscatel Roxo in the old vineyards of Serra de São Mamede, gives it a unique aroma and characteristics, resulting in a dry, fresh and gastronomic wine. Pale red color. The freshness transpires from the first moment, noticeable in the floral and elegant slope that is complemented by a luscious and balanced fruit. Melodic and polished, fruity and smooth, it finishes seductive and silky although contained by firm tannins and a refreshing acidity. A wine of pure elegance with the capacity to evolve serenely in a bottle. Contains Sulfites.
Natus Red
Collected by hand, they were trodden on foot for 2 days. At the spontaneous start of fermentation, the grapes were pressed and the must kept in clay pots. Aging for 12 months, it was made in centenary barrels of Portuguese oak and chestnut. Complex aroma, red fruit flavor in harmony with vegetable and balsamic notes, translates into a lively and precise acidity in the mouth, with a delicate and elegant texture. Contains sulfites.
