Santo António with Fruit
This liquor is produced in a handmade way, with fresh sour cherries from our ginjais in the Óbidos region. Its prolonged macerations, and with complete exemption of dyes and preservatives, give the Real Ginja d'Óbidos a fresh, deep and velvety aroma with soft notes of spices. This noble liquor is reproduced from the seventeenth-century recipe of the famous "Liqueur de Grottes", elaborated in Óbidos in 1677 by Mrs. Maria Francisca de Saboya, Queen of Portugal, currently marketed with the permission of the Royal Portuguese House.

Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut is a cava made with the Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grape varieties, it has a bright yellow color with golden reflections and medium-sized bubbles, forming a nice crown. Fresh and clean on the nose. Floral aromas, white flowers (very subtle acacia) and fresh fruit (green apple), subtle citrus aromas (lemon). To prepare Freixenet Ice Rose, two noble red varieties, Grenache and Pinot Noir, were used. Grenache brings a spicy and ripe touch of red fruits, while Pinot Noir increases the freshness, acidity and taste of fruits. Chardonnay's touch makes the wine more intense and balances the effect of ice.It has an intense aroma of fruits, raspberries, blackthorn and strawberries.
