Teixuga White
This wine is straw yellow in color, with a high intensity aroma, revealing the aromatic complexity that is due to the particular conditions of aging and to the characteristics of the Encruzado grape variety. On the nose, the superior integration of aromas from French oak stands out where it aged. In the mouth, the attack is intense, voluminous, revealing a lively but very integrated acidity. Freixenet Gran Carta Nevada White
The Freixenet Gran Carta Nevada is a semi-dry basement with great balance, made with grapes of the varieties Xarel-lo (40%), Macabeo (30%) and Parellada (30%). It has a golden yellow color, with touches of aging and floral notes. The palate has a great balance between body and acidity. It ends with a pleasant sweetness. Contains sulfites.
Castello D’Alba Biológico White
Aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 3 months. Manual harvest for small 15Kg perforated boxes, whole bunches without destemming, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, in order to interfere as little as possible with the intrinsic quality of the grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Great aromatic purity, complex of mineral character, exotic fruits, citrus and white flowers of the field, characteristic of the grape varieties that give rise to it. In the mouth you can feel the aroma notes in an intense and creamy set, with volume and freshness, very long. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita White
Clear and bright with a citrus yellow hue and greenish border. Aromatic expressive with emphasis on the ripe white pulp fruit and the floral note. Gentle hints of ripe tropical fruit. Campolargo Cerceal Bruto White
Pressing of the whole grapes followed by decantation and fermentation in a vat with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Followed by the classic method (bottle fermentation) that is never less than one year. Citrus color, very fine aroma in the aroma, with notes of white flowers. Palate in the mouth confirms the finess of the aroma, with slight notes of white fruit. Test final very good structure and freshness. Contains sulfites.
