"Grande Escolha" is the highest quality level of Douro wines. This wine is attributed for the excellence obtained in the best old vineyards in Vale da Raposa. With 15 native grape varieties combined, it is an excellent representative of the unique character of the old Douro vineyards. The joint expression of the different grape varieties in the vineyard and in the winery results in great complexity and great class.
Deep ruby color. Aromas of sour cherries, dark chocolate, violets and cigar box. Very complex and very classy, elegant, engaging and with great harmony. Long finish.

Vale da Raposa Reserva 3x Red
Ruby color. Flavors of currants, violets, pine and dark chocolate. Smooth, very elegant and complex, featuring dark plums and a hint of very refined coffee. Great class and elegance.
Perfect to accompany roast meats, cold cuts and cheeses. Serve at 17 ºC and 20 minutes after opening. Contains sulfites.
Dom Rafael Red
Born in the old vineyards of the Aragonêz, Trincadeira, Castelão and Alicante Bouschet grapes, the grapes for this wine are harvested and hand-selected, foot-stepped, fermenting in the open wineries of the winery, precisely the same methods used for over a hundred years in Herdade do Mouchão and that make Dom Rafael one of the most famous reds of the region. Alentejo and contemporary, Dom Rafael is a versatile red, ideal to accompany varied gastronomic proposals. The Dom Rafael red stalks in casks of Portuguese chestnut and oak and in French oak barrels for 12 months, after which it staged for at least another 6 months in the bottle. Over the years this is a wine that is increasingly smooth, complex and balanced. Typically Alentejan and at the same time contemporary, Dom Rafael is a versatile red, ideal to accompany very diversified gastronomic proposals. Contains Sulfites.

Situated on the slopes of the Serra de São Mamede at 500 meters altitude, near Portalegre, Quinta da Fonte Souto benefits from conditions of greater freshness and humidity than the warm Alentejo plain. The wines express the freshness and elegance of the high quotas as well as the structure and complexity that result from mature vineyards of low yields. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta dos Termos O Testemunho Red
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Median ruby color, clear and deep aspect. In the nose is attractive, but something enigmatic, creating strong expectation for mouthpap. In the palate reveals itself amazing, except the freshness of acidity and the silky texture, checked by the berry, the density of the tannins, typical of the red dog, and the perfume, distinction and complexity brought by the National Touriga. Harmony is almost perfect and the gastronomic sense and the guard potential are guaranteed. It will be worth forgetting some bottles in the corner of the ballast, to live joys in a few years. Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Very intense red color, with bluish laves, which ensures your longevity. Aroma of red fruits, plum, fig and spices. Excellent acidity, creating the liveliness of the fruits allied to well-firm and soft tannins that make guessing their longevity. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Termos Grande Escolha Red
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels, and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. It is a red atypical dog as it is much more loaded with color than normal thanks to a year of harvest especially of features. It begins to be discreet and enigmatic, creating strong expectations for lovers. Gradually open, transfiguring in surprisingly and revealing black fruit notes in perfect equilibrium with wood. Shows the breed of the caste, leaving a nice travoid on the palate that invites you to drink. It is a wine for the table, becoming challenging for the lovers of this large Portuguese caste. Quinta dos Termos Talhão da Serra Reserva Red
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Ruby color open. Intense aroma, complex, different from all that is normal in the current reds, and that dissipates the little enthusiasm that causes us the open color that the wine has. As we take the wine to the mouth, we have a pleasant surprise, for the apparent fragility that the color raises is denied by a powerful structure, good acidity and a long and complex end. Contains sulfites.
