Fresh and intense aroma of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit. Taste of high acidity well integrated by the greasiness, notes of coconut and vanilla. Contains sulfites.
QUINTA SÃO JOÃO BATISTA Reserva White
Total destemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 14 ° C. Final fermentation stage in new French oak barrels for 2 months. Citrus green color, complex aroma, with discrete white pulp fruits and notes of toasted nuts such as almond, hazelnut and apricot. Fruity flavor, balanced, with excellent volume in the mouth and with buttery notes. Contains sulfites.

This Port is characterized by the balance between freshness and alcohol. Total disengagement and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. In the proof presents pale white color, fruity aroma and in the mouth very soft and fresh.
