Vinification according to the traditional method for Porto. After gentle crushing with partial destemming, alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration follows. This wine is the result of a selection and combination of white wines, aged in oak casks for over 10 years. A very versatile wine, in addition to being an excellent aperitif, it can also be paired very well with foie gras, cheeses, desserts, or simply enjoyed alone. The wine is the result of a blend of 4 different harvests and falls into the Porto Branco Leve Seco category, as the aim is to make a wine with the lowest possible degree of sugar. This wine gives us a feeling of freshness, but at the same time some hints of maturation. A true blend in which the young man marries the adult. It combines aromas of fresh and dried fruits. With a more attentive nose, we are transported to oriental aromas such as black tea and exotic infusions. From the first approximation we get the sensation of volume and intensity.
