Passadouro Touriga Franca Red

The grapes harvested by hand are rigorously selected before being walked on foot for a period of 10 days in temperature controlled granite granites. For 18 months, malolactic fermentation and wine aging occurs in French oak barrels. Touriga Franca is a grape that needs a long maturation, producing wines with a sound structure but with very delicate aromas. Passadouro Touriga Franca presents a lightly concentrated color with a very floral and elegant aroma, dominated by notes of spices, some forest fruits with prominent stela, combined with black fruits and a very subtle presence of wood. The palate is complete, balanced, very silky, fresh and intense. Contains Sulfites.
