Família Silva Branco Pedigree Red
Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation carried out in a mill with indigenous yeasts. Finished with an aging of 24 months in barrels, 50% in new barrels, 50% in used French oak barrels (225L). Intense aroma of wild fruits and black fruit, balsamic notes and spice. In the mouth it is fruity, firm tannins and very well integrated. It presents a good acidity and a long and tasty finish. Contains sulfites.

The grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ° C. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection of grapes on a sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the different varieties are vinified individually in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with maceration being considered appropriate for their characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the batch aged in French oak barrels for about 20 months, and the rest in stainless steel vats. its gently floral and fruity components, and its lush and dense structure in the mouth, refreshed by the fluidity and delicacy of Alfrocheiro.
