Discover Plantation Venezuela Vintage 2010, an exceptional Venezuelan rum. Distilled in 2010 and initially aged for eight years in bourbon barrels at Destilería Sofa, this rum was later transported to Javrezac, France. Here, it matured for an additional four years in Ferrand French oak casks, completing a total of 12 years of aging under two distinct climatic conditions. This double aging process enhances the complexity and expressiveness of this rum. It captures the rich essence of the Venezuelan terroir and the craftsmanship of Destilería Sofa, blending traditional techniques with the innovation of Plantation Rum. On the nose, it offers a delicate and rich bouquet, featuring nutmeg, honey, vanilla, and mandarin, complemented by coconut, Brazil nuts, coffee, and light floral touches. On the palate, the rum reveals a spicy and woody profile, with nuances of peanuts, tobacco, almond, oak, and pepper, enriched with crème brûlée, pineapple, and dried banana. The finish is long and dry, marked by flavors of hazelnut, leather, mango, orange, banana, and clove, providing a memorable tasting experience that reflects the true Venezuelan spirit.

Captain Morgan's Rum is made with ancient traditions laid out on the property of Jamaican Captain Henry Morgan's. Their rum and their skills continue to influence the rum distilleries in the West Indies, where only the finest ingredients are used. Rum is aged for several years in American oak barrels. These barrels ensure that gently the rum matures and ensures a smoother final taste.

Made with cane sugar from the province of Las tunas, this rum is aged for 11 years which contributes to its distinctive aroma and the extra smoothness of a superior quality rum.
