The Favaios 10 Anos is a lot wine in which only the best Moscatel harvests are used for its constitution. In the years when nature allows conditions for the caste Moscatel express itself in all its splendor are made some fermentations with a careful selection of grapes. The fermentation takes about three days with intense skin maceration and temperature controlled to 15-16 ° C. The wine spirit is then added to the grapes and must stopped fermenting in order to obtain a wine with high alcohol content and residual sugar.
