Made with Irish Whiskeys distilled from 100% malted barley, matured and finished in casks that impart the influence of five wine casks (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon). This Irish Single Malt Whiskey delivers a unique fruit-forward flavour profile that is complex, yet balanced and has often been described as “a symphony” of flavour.
Teeling Small Batch
Our Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey is the flagship of our award winning Irish Whiskey range. It is a celebration of our spirit of innovation here at Teeling Whiskey, with each step of the process imparting a distinct character unique to us. Hand selected casks of grain and malt whiskey are initially fully aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then married together in Central American rum casks for up to 12 months for a unique, dried fruit profile.

Our 6-year-old rum, carefully aged in French oak barrels, has been blended with a 25-year-old rum, certainly one of the last rums to be produced at the old Hinton Mill facility, the latter was also subjected to a new aging process in our casks for another 3 years.
Finally, the product that resulted from this unique combination of rums of different ages was subjected to a final stage with a duration of 9 months..

Teeling Sommelier Selection Douro Old Vines
Teeling Sommelier Selection includes variants of Small Batch Irish Whiskey in which high quality wine barrels are used for secondary aging instead of rum. After barrels of French and Italian wines, the 5th release will see for the first time maturation in barrels of red wine from the Portuguese Douro Valley, whose wine was pressed from the harvest of vines over 25 years old. These casks enrich the light, fruity-floral whiskey with hints of dark fruit and spice. Aromas of ripe plums and currants accompanied by dates and spicy notes. Intense palate, but well balanced with black pepper and tannins alongside sour cherry and rich dark fruit flavors. Medium and fruity-spicy finish with dry tannins and warm spices.

The second release in the annual limited series continues to draw inspiration from our deeply rooted connection to the natural world. Each launch of the collection reveals different packaging that incorporates organic by-products and gives them a new life. It has a cream color, with aromas of tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread, raisins, almonds, sweet oak, vanilla. Flavor of dark chocolate, raisins, tiramisu, blackberry, vanilla, Brazil nuts, sweet oak. Aftertaste with long, dark roasted coffee, balanced and sweet.
