The key to this centuries-old recipe is in the combination of the cereal spirit drink, distilled four times to ensure its purity, with the ideal proportion of plants used in each distillation. Produced from the highest quality cereals and contains extracts of 13 plants: traditional zimbro, coriander and angelica are added lemon peel, cassis, licorice, cinnamon, almond and orange root. Also contains extracts of gardenia and bergamot - which are immediately recognizable in the aroma. Gin London No. 1 reveals a turquoise color - 'The Gin Original Blue', marked by balsamic and spicy notes. Smooth and elegant on the palate, The London Gin gives way to a long finish with a refreshing acidity. Delightful in gin tonic and other classic cocktails, The London Gin can also be savored pure, with ice.
