This Vintage displays many of Graham's typical aromas, such as ripe plum and rock rose, and is pleasantly soft and delicate on the palate, despite its youth. It is full and rich in the mouth, with notes of fresh blackberry and red plum. Despite the sweetness in Graham’s characteristic mouth, the finish is long and clear.

The release of Blend # 5 White Half Dry follows the growing popularity of White Port & Tonic as an aperitif. While most white Ports are made up of a blend of white grape varieties, Mistura Nº5 is made up of two Portuguese grape varieties, Malvasia Fina fresco and Moscatel Aromatic Galician. The final blend is half dry, deliberately designed to mix well with tonic and is also an excellent solo. Grapes are hand picked and cold fermented in small batches. Mix # 5 is bottled 3 months after harvest to preserve maximum freshness and should be consumed young and refrigerated after opening.

It is matured in oak barrels for an average of three years, which allows the wine to come into contact with the oxygen that freely permeates the wood in the barrels.
