Terra Mãe Reserva
Terra-Mãe is a tribute to the birthplace of this unique cherry, ties and affections with the Serra da Estrela made nectar over the years. The land gave us the fruit and we responded with the creation, a Ginja Reserva, which knew how to take its time, from the maceration and infusion of the fruits, to the two-year aging in French oak barrels, which previously used Scotch whiskey and Douro wine. This is a sour cherry with body and complexity, in a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness enhanced by the wood notes, and imbued with the spirit of the Scottish Highlands, which here harmonizes so well with our magnificent Serra da Estrela.

Galliano has a large number of natural ingredients including vanilla, star anise, Mediterranean anise, ginger, citrus, juniper and lavender.
Aperol
Aperol was launched by Companhia Barbieri, based in Padua, in 1919 on the occasion of the Padua Exhibition - the introduction of the revolutionary idea of an aperitif with alcohol content of only 11%. The unique flavor and color of Aperol were obtained from a subtle blend that maintains the perfect balance between the ingredients - in the main herbs and roots. The quality of the ingredients allows a very low alcohol content: 11% Vol. The secret recipe of this drink has remained unchanged since 1919.
